BLACKBOOK 01: CRYE ONE
Nach 15 Jahren der Dokumentation, Recherche und Produktion im Internet hier auf ILOVEGRAFFITI.DE haben wir uns entschieden, erstmals ein Format zu drucken und zu den Wurzeln zurückzukehren: dem BLACKBOOK des Graffiti Writers.
In der Pre-Internet-Ära der analogen Fotografie hatte das Blackbook einen hohen Status. Darin befanden sich oft die besten Entwürfe, Skizzen, Pieces und Tags – ein privates Portfolio. Mit der digitalen Fotografie und weiterführend mit dem Übergang zu sozialen Medien wurde ein echtes Blackbook immer weniger relevant. Dies ist einer der Gründe warum wir das etablierte Format als Gegenstück zum scheinbar unendlichen Graffiti-Overkill im Internet zurückzubringen wollen.
Für das erste BLACKBOOK legen wir den Schwerpunkt auf den Graffiti Writer CRYE aus Berlin (5MINUTES). Obwohl er seit den frühen 2000er Jahren aktiv ist, hat er nie viel Wert darauf gelegt, Fotos in Publikationen oder online zu verbreiten. Das ermöglichte uns, ein 128-seitiges Hardcover Buch mit über 350 exklusiven Fotos zu füllen und zusammenzustellen. Neben einem großen Interview mit ihm wurden Freunde und Mentoren wie SKUME, AZUR, JEPSY, BAS2, BLUE, FOTO SVEN, KALASH oder QUER eingeladen, ihre Gedanken über CRYE und Stylewriting zu teilen.

BLACKBOOK 02: ABIS B.A.D.
Mit diesem zweiten BLACKBOOK bieten wir einen intensiven Einblick in 30 Jahre Trainwriting - von und mit dem Graffiti Writer ABIS. ABIS gehört zur zweiten Graffiti-Generation in Potsdam, einem Vorort von Berlin, wie er seine Heimat beschreibt. Sein Fokus galt schnell den Tunneln und Abstellgleisen der benachbarten deutschen Hauptstadt. Hier wird er in den nächsten 30 Jahren unzählige Züge besprühen, einen bedeutenden Teil seines Lebens in die perfekte Vorbereitung, die oft sehr schnelle Ausführung und die Dokumentation der unzähligen Panels und Wholecars investieren. ABIS ist einer der wenigen Trainwriter in Deutschland, der immer in Bewegung war und scheinbar nie aufgehört hat. Daher haben wir es uns nicht leicht gemacht, dieses Buch zusammenzustellen, mit dem Ziel, eine solch lange Zeit in angemessener und repräsentativer Weise zusammenzufassen. Dieses Buch enthält über 400 sorgfältig ausgewählte Fotos aus seinen privaten Archiven, die in die Neunziger Jahre zurückreichen. Neben Fotos teilt ABIS Gedanken und Geschichten zu wichtigen Zeiträumen und Ereignissen, kombiniert mit Gastbeiträgen befreundeter Graffiti Writer wie KEAS, AREA, LION, ROY, DENIS und KONE. Dieses BLACKBOOK 02 dokumentiert einen der engagiertesten Trainwriter Deutschlands, aktiv seit 1992 unter verschiedenen Namen, hauptsächlich bekannt für seine hohe Produktivität und Qualität von Graffiti auf Zügen: ABIS - von der BAD CREW!

BLACKBOOK 02: ABIS B.A.D.
With this second BLACKBOOK we offer an intensive insight into 30 years of trainwriting - by and with the graffiti writer ABIS. ABIS belongs to the second graffiti generation in Potsdam, a suburb of Berlin, as he describes his homeland. His focus quickly turned to the tunnels and sidings of the neighboring German capital. Here he will spray countless trains over the next 30 years, investing a significant part of his life in the perfect preparation, the often very quick execution and the documentation of the countless panels and wholecars. ABIS is one of the few train writers in Germany that has always been on the move and seemingly never stopped. Therefore, we have not made it easy for ourselves to put together this book with the aim of summarizing such a long period of time in an appropriate and representative manner. This book contains over 400 carefully selected photos from his private archives dating back to the 1990s. In addition to photos, ABIS shares thoughts and stories about important time periods and events, combined with guest contributions from fellow graffiti writers such as KEAS, AREA, LION, ROY, DENIS and KONE. This BLACKBOOK 02 documents one of the most committed trainwriters in Germany, active since 1992 under various names, mainly known for his high productivity and quality of graffiti on trains: ABIS - from the BAD CREW!
